Agreement and authority
These terms govern your use of Mesh Analytics, operated by Meshnetix Private Limited. If you use Mesh Analytics for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation. If a signed agreement between MeshNetix and the organisation conflicts with these terms, that signed agreement controls.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use only authorised access methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. Organisations are responsible for their users, workspace membership, access permissions, and activities performed through their accounts.
Customer content
You retain rights in your customer content. You grant MeshNetix the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve Mesh Analytics in accordance with the applicable agreement. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and process the content.
Acceptable use
You may not use Mesh Analytics unlawfully, upload malware, interfere with other users or the service, bypass access controls, conduct unauthorised security testing, infringe rights, or use the service to process data in violation of applicable law. You must not use AI-enabled features to create unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing outputs.
Deployment-dependent features
Available connectors, compute capabilities, AI providers, storage locations, workflow steps, integrations, and performance characteristics depend on the customer’s plan, configuration, region, and deployment. Product documentation describes intended functionality but does not create a commitment unless it is included in a written agreement.
Data protection and confidentiality
Data processing, confidentiality, security, retention, support, and service-level obligations are governed by the applicable customer agreement, data processing agreement, and service documentation. The Mesh Analytics Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate a security issue, comply with law, or address a material breach. Consequences of termination, including content access and deletion, are governed by the applicable agreement and retention settings.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mesh Analytics is provided on an “as available” basis. Analytics, automation, and AI-generated outputs are decision-support tools; customers remain responsible for validating outputs and decisions. Liability, warranties, and remedies are governed by the applicable written customer agreement. Where no such agreement exists, MeshNetix’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to support@meshnetix.com.
