Roles and scope
Meshnetix Private Limited acts as a controller for account, administrative, billing, and direct business-relationship information. For workspace content processed for an organisation that subscribes to Mesh Analytics, the organisation is ordinarily the controller and MeshNetix acts as its processor, subject to the applicable customer agreement and data processing terms.
Information Mesh Analytics processes
- Account and organisation information: work email, name, organisation and workspace membership, authentication records, support communications, and account administration information.
- Customer workspace content: data uploaded or connected by authorised users, metadata, schemas, catalog entries, queries, notebooks, workflow definitions and runs, dashboards, and other artefacts users create or configure.
- Operational and security information: access records, audit events, configuration, usage and diagnostic data necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
- AI-enabled features: prompts, context, and outputs submitted to an enabled AI feature, where such a feature is configured for the customer’s deployment.
How information is used
We process information to provide the workspace, authenticate users, enforce configured access controls, execute requested data and workflow operations, maintain audit and operational records, secure the service, support customers, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not use customer workspace content for unrelated advertising.
Customer responsibilities
The subscribing organisation is responsible for deciding what data it places in Mesh Analytics, configuring user access and retention settings made available in its deployment, establishing a lawful basis for processing personal data, and providing notices to its own users and data subjects. Do not upload data unless you are authorised to do so.
Service providers and transfers
MeshNetix may use infrastructure, storage, communications, support, and AI service providers selected for the customer’s deployment. Provider access is limited to what is needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations. Cross-border transfers are handled using safeguards required by applicable law. Customer agreements and data processing terms govern the deployment-specific provider list and transfer arrangements.
Retention, deletion, and requests
Workspace content is retained according to the customer’s configured retention settings, service configuration, and customer agreement. Account and business records are retained only as needed for the account, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate operational purposes. Users seeking access, correction, export, or deletion of customer workspace content should contact their organisation first. MeshNetix will assist customers with valid requests as required by the applicable agreement and law.
Security
Mesh Analytics uses authenticated workspaces and application security controls appropriate to its deployment. No technical measure removes every risk, and security commitments or certifications apply only where expressly stated in a signed customer agreement.
